SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
AAA Wholesale Hardwood has a 15 day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the time of receipt. You may make a return on unopened materials (except cabin grade or 2nd quality products) for any reason within that time period. (Some minimum quantities may be required.) You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product, as well as the cost incurred by AAA Wholesale Hardwood to ship the product to you. Some of our vendors charge us a restocking fee for which you would also be held accountable. In order to take advantage of this you MUST have a return authorization number; all returns without an authorization will be refused
